Buy-side minimum is 50 pallets per order. Sell-side (pallet buyback program) minimum is 250 pallets per single-size load - no mixed-size loads on the buyback side. Volume tiers reduce per-pallet rates automatically as cumulative volume grows.

Yes. Food-grade pallet inventory meets FSMA Sanitary Transportation Rule thresholds and ships with food-grade certifications. Common for grocery distribution centers, food processors, beverage bottlers, and packaged goods manufacturers.
Yes. We buy back used pallets from collectors, recyclers, warehouses, and 3PLs. Minimum 250 pallets per load, single-size loads only (no mixed sizes). Fast payment via ACH - typically same-day or net-7 depending on volume. Pickup arranged on standard outbound delivery routes for backhaul efficiency.
Submit a credit application with three trade references. Approval typically processes within 48 hours. New accounts ship prepaid or COD for the first 1-3 loads while credit is being established. After the trial period, net-30 terms are standard. Volume accounts can negotiate longer terms (net-45 or net-60).

Standing orders lock in tiered pricing, reserve delivery slots, and run on autopilot in the background while your operations team focuses on production rather than supplier coordination.
Standard loads ship with BOL, packing list, and grade certification. Heat-treated loads add IPPC stamps and full ISPM-15 documentation. Pharma-grade loads add batch records and quality certifications. Food-grade loads add FSMA compliance documentation. All documentation is sent electronically before delivery and stored permanently for audit retrieval.
