New GMA, recycled Grade A and Grade B, custom-size, ISPM-15 heat-treated, food-grade, cold-chain kiln-dried, pharma-grade - all in stock simultaneously. No "let me check inventory" delays.
Damaged units flagged at receipt are credited on the next invoice or replaced on the next outbound load. No multi-week dispute resolution, no requiring buyers to file a damage claim form.
Picking up empty or non-spec pallets on the return leg is available on most outbound loads. Particularly useful for customers running our buyback program.

Heat-treatment chamber maintained at 56C core for 30 minutes per ISPM-15 Annex 1; each load shipped with a treatment certificate signed by a USDA-registered inspector.
Florida DOACS regulations require ISPM-15 documentation on every export load originating from PortMiami, Port Everglades, JAXPORT, and Port Tampa Bay; we maintain on-call certification staff at all four ports.
Plant City packing operations subject to USDA Marketing Order 905 require pallet markings traceable to the originating farm; we apply per-load barcode tags integrated with the Florida Tomato Committee compliance system.
Recycled-Grade B pallets meet structural spec but may have up to 2 replaced deck boards; suitable for industrial loads outside food/pharma; price point 30-40% below new GMA.
Custom 42x42 pallet builds use 7/8 inch deck boards for telecommunications-equipment loads; nail-pattern density doubled to handle 5,000 lb static load; runner spacing optimized for 4,000 lb-capacity narrow-aisle reach trucks.

Cold storage facilities (Plant City corridor) use HDPE plastic pallets that wash down at 180F; suitable for USDA Grade A dairy plants and frozen-protein operations; we lease as well as sell.
