GFSI Overview

Global Food Safety Initiative benchmarks 12 food safety standards. Major: SQF (Safe Quality Food), BRC (Brand Reputation Compliance), FSSC 22000, IFS (International Featured Standards).

Pallet Spec Requirements

All schemes require: kiln-dried wood (no chemical residues), FSMA Sanitary Transportation, NWPCA Grade A or new, sealed deck for liquids/produce, sanitation documentation.
