Program Design

Define pickup frequency (weekly, biweekly, monthly), volume thresholds, NWPCA grade collection (A, B, C, scrap), buy-back rates, documentation.

Vendor Setup

Issue RFQ for pickup program. USP supports nationwide pickup with NWPCA grading and buy-back. Define service area, lead time, dispatch coordination.

Volume Thresholds

Typical: 100+ pallets per pickup qualifies for free pickup. <100 may incur charge or require accumulation. Define minimums in contract.

Buy-Back Rates

Standard rates: Grade A $3-6, Grade B $1-3, Grade C $0-1, scrap free pickup. Verify NWPCA grade definitions match vendor scoring.

Documentation
