Insurance Requirements

Vendor must carry: general liability $2M+ aggregate, product liability $2M+ aggregate, workers comp per state law, auto liability $1M+ for delivery.

Documentation Trail

Per shipment: NWPCA grading cert, ASTM D1185 cert, photo documentation, delivery receipt with signature, pallet inspection record at receiving.

Indemnification

Vendor indemnifies for product liability claims arising from pallet defect. Customer indemnifies for misuse, modification, or improper handling.
