GMA 48x40 Pallets
The US standard for retail and warehouse compliance. Required by Walmart, Target, Costco, Publix, Whole Foods, and most major US retailers. New and recycled (Grade A or B) options.
Heat-Treated ISPM-15 Pallets
Required for international export to all WTO member countries. Ships with IPPC stamps and full ISPM-15 documentation. Common at major US ports.
Food-Grade Pallets
FSMA Sanitary Transportation Rule compliant. Heat-treated without chemical residues, segregated from non-food inventory, documented end-to-end. Common in grocery and beverage distribution.
Custom-Size Pallets
Non-GMA dimensions, double-faced configurations, four-way entry, and other special specs. 5-8 day production lead time from order confirmation.
Block Pallets
Nine support blocks with true four-way forklift entry. Preferred for AGV-automated warehouses and high-rack handling.
Stringer Pallets
Two-way and notched four-way entry orientations. Suitable for traditional manual-handling operations.
Cold-Chain Kiln-Dried Pallets
Kiln-dried below 19% moisture content to prevent dimensional shift in sub-zero environments. For freezer operations, frozen food distribution, ice cream production, pharmaceutical cold chain.
