However, if the original stamp is faded, illegible, missing, or from an untraceable facility, the pallet must be retreated at an ALSC-accredited facility and re-stamped. Many recycled pallets in domestic US circulation do NOT have ISPM-15 stamps and cannot be used for export without treatment.
